As a waiter/waitress, you’ll discover how to use your charm and attention to detail to deliver the guest experience. Working in our restaurant you will ensure that your guests are comfortable by providing a seamless service with a personal touch through breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages to company standards. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Serve food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with menu queries. Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area, and workstations. Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies as required. Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times. Clear and clean tables promptly and maintain a welcoming environment. Work efficiently during busy periods and support team members when needed. Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
