We are a new family-run cafe in Brand Street preparing for our grand opening. We are looking for an Expert Barista to provide intensive, hands-on training for the owner. This is a short-term consultancy role to ensure we launch with professional standards.
What you will do:
- Technical Setup: Help us "dial-in" our grinder and espresso machine for the first time.
- Intensive Training: Teach the owner the fundamentals of:
- Espresso extraction and consistency.
- Milk texturing (micro-foam) and basic latte art.
- Equipment cleaning and daily maintenance.
- Workflow: Help organize the coffee station for efficient "takeaway" service.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Senior Barista or Barista Trainer in a specialty coffee shop.
- Deep understanding of coffee chemistry and equipment.
- Ability to teach clearly and patiently in a fast-paced environment.
Payment:
We are happy to pay a premium rate for the right expertise. Please state your expected daily rate or total fee for the 4-day session in your application.
