About You: • Experience: Minimum 12 months in a similar managerial role. • Coffee Expertise: Skilled as a barista with the ability to train new team members to high standards. • Qualifications: Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and a strong understanding of allergy management. • Leadership qualities: Calm, focused, and capable of managing rotas, conducting interviews, and training staff effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a head barista, showcasing a good understanding of coffee preparation techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As Head Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and mentoring baristas, and ensuring the highest quality of beverages. White Mulberries is a group of three independent coffee shops, located near Tower Bridge St Katharine Docks, London Bridge, and Marylebone. We are seeking an experienced sandwich chef to prepare healthy sandwiches, breakfast bowls and salad. You must have minimum 12 months’ experience in the similar field and solid understanding of food safety and allergy. As this is a one-person kitchen strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
