We are looking for an all‑round Café Team Member for The Village Tree. The role includes barista duties, front‑of‑house tasks, and basic food preparation such as sandwiches and salads. You will also help with cleaning and maintaining the café to a high standard.We work as a team, supporting each other and multitasking throughout the shift. There is no table service, however we do help customers when needed to ensure a friendly and smooth experience. The main focus is on great customer interaction at the counter, efficient service, and keeping the workspace clean and organised.We’re looking for someone positive, reliable and willing to learn.
