We are looking for a skilled floor & bar manager who will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and cocktail bar. In this role you must ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. This involves a range of duties to include ensuring compliance with all food health and safety requirements, running the floor, supporting staff (both BOH and FOH), bartending and taking responsibility for the customer experience.
