About Us

Our bar is a key part of that experience, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment for both guests and visitors. We are seeking a reliable and responsible Bartender who is confident working independently and able to carry out end-of-day closing and lock-up procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Handle payments and operate the till accurately
- Monitor guest behaviour and promote responsible drinking
- Restock bar supplies and assist with stock control
- Carry out end-of-shift closing duties, including cleaning and cashing up
- Secure the premises by completing lock-up procedures in line with hotel policies
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Trustworthy and able to work independently, especially during closing shifts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of drinks and bar service (training can be provided)
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Flexible availability, including late evenings and weekends
- Must be reliable and punctual
