    About Us We are a well-established hotel committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. Our bar is a key part of that experience, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment for both guests and visitors. We are seeking a reliable and responsible Bartender who is confident working independently and able to carry out end-of-day closing and lock-up procedures. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, • Handle payments and operate the till accurately, • Monitor guest behaviour and promote responsible drinking, • Restock bar supplies and assist with stock control, • Carry out end-of-shift closing duties, including cleaning and cashing up, • Secure the premises by completing lock-up procedures in line with hotel policies Requirements • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred, • Trustworthy and able to work independently, especially during closing shifts, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Good knowledge of drinks and bar service (training can be provided), • Ability to handle cash responsibly, • Flexible availability, including late evenings and weekends, • Must be reliable and punctual What We Offer • Competitive pay plus tips, • Staff discounts within the hotel, • Supportive team environment, • Opportunities for training and progression How to Apply If you are dependable, friendly, and comfortable taking responsibility for closing and securing the bar, we’d love to hear from you.
