As a Shisha Maker at MyShish, you will be responsible for crafting and presenting high-quality shisha (hookah) for our guests, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience. Your expertise in mixing and packing flavored tobacco, managing charcoal heat, and maintaining smooth airflow is crucial to delivering a superior smoking experience. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of shisha flavors, monitoring and adjusting heat to maintain quality, cleaning and maintaining hookah equipment for safety and hygiene, and recommending flavors or blends to enhance the guest experience. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of tobacco blends and accessories, who is passionate about creating a memorable experience for every guest. Small get together, need an urgent bartender for 5 hours, 7-12pm. Will cover Uber travel back. Several cocktails to be made, Moscow mule, Negroni, Spicy Margarita, Paloma I've already got all the ingredients ready for making. May need to bring some cocktail mixing apparatus, (we have a shaker unsure if any good) as we do not have them (I don't think) we do have a measuring shot glass too. All glasses etc are here. Job Description: The Barback plays a key supporting role within the bar team, ensuring that all bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position assists bartenders during service, maintains stock levels and ensures the bar area is always clean, organised and fully equipped to deliver an exceptional experience for our members. Key Responsibilities: Support bartenders during service by ensuring all products and equipment are readily available. Complete the checklist accurately and ensure the bar meets operational standards. Restock fridges, shelves and storage areas throughout the shift. Collect and organise deliveries, checking accuracy and condition of stock. Maintain cleanliness of all bar and back-of-house areas, including glassware and equipment. Assist with preparation before service and closing duties after service. Communicate effectively with the bar and management teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive attitude to keep the bar running efficiently during busy service periods.
