The position will be cooking and making homemade fresh pasta. Our ideal candidate has: Previous experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie in a high volume operation. Strong culinary skills and a love of great food. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly productive environment. Very high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Leadership ability, we need people who our junior chefs will look up to and that want to progress. Eagerness and willingness to learn and progress. Experience in a Fine Dining kitchen. Ability to produce dishes to a high standard. Passionate and ambitious to learn. To be able to run a section within the kitchen by themselves during a busy service.
