Bartender and Waiter / Waitress

Two cooks required for cooking and packaging 50 school meals a day in Acton. Recipes are very simple and will be taught. 10 Hours per week 10am-12noon (mon-fri) £15/ph with 10% increase after 4 weeks and another 10% increase after 12 weeks.

Looking for a dessert chef for part time role (20 hours). Making desserts for the restaurant (Tiramisu, cheesecake, apple crumble, brulee, bread pudding) and sauces for seafood dishes. All recipes will be taught, however we are looking for someone to come in and boss the dessert menu, and to bring in their own ideas/recipes. During service hours, applicant will be responsible for preparing starters, desserts and hot drinks.

£17ph guaranteed at minimum Waitress/ter Responsibilities: Greet customers and hand out menus. Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen. Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials. Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared. Check that customers are satisfied with their meal. Prepare the bill for tables when requested. Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. Administer change to tables if needed. Waitress/ter Requirements: Endurance to walk and stand for long hours. Flexible work hours. Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers. Excellent interpersonal skills. Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything. Available shifts Evenings (Mon,Tue,Wed,Sat 5.30pm-10.30pm) Lunchtime shifts 12-3pm available after training.
