You will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest brand standards. Responsibilities: Team Management · Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. · Foster a positive and supportive work environment. · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. · Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
