Product Knowledge: ○ Have full knowledge of all beverages, including wines, cocktails, and other drinks. ○ Understand and properly use all bar equipment, from coffee machines to cocktail tools. ○ Be aware of allergen information for each menu item and ensure guests are informed if needed. ○ Prepare cocktails and hot beverages to the company’s set standards and recipes. ○ Adhere to the company’s Health and Safety Policy and maintain confidentiality where required. Service Standards: ○ Maintain proper stock rotation and ensure stock security, reporting any missing items immediately. ○ Log all wastage and report any issues with stock to the Head bartender or upper management. ○ Never leave the bar unattended, and treat the bar’s stock responsibly, maintaining its integrity.
