  Maintenance Supervisor Location: Kent Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience. We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team during a period of significant growth and development. This role is ideal for someone who can lead, coach and motivate a fast-paced engineering team while ensuring operational performance, equipment reliability and high standards of safety and quality.   We are seeking an experienced Mobile Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery, performance, and commercial management of hard FM services across one of our national portfolios. This role will be based in Dartford, with weekly travel to the Midlands and occasional travel to other UK sites as required. You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, ensure statutory compliance, and act as the key point of contact for clients, driving service excellence, continuous improvement, and contract profitability.
