Plant Hire Area Sales Manager 📍 High Wycombe + Site Visits 💰 Competitive Salary + Uncapped Bonus + Car Allowance The Opportunity Join a growing and well-respected concrete pumping business where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, develop new business, and play a direct role in driving revenue across major construction projects. This is not a desk-based account management role. You’ll be out building relationships with contractors, winning work, and becoming a trusted partner on-site. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across your territory. Key responsibilities: • Manage and develop relationships with contractors, groundworkers, and construction clients, • Identify and win new business opportunities within your region, • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms, • Attend site visits and client meetings, • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery of jobs, • Maintain CRM records and manage your sales pipeline, • Act as the key point of contact for your customers 👤 About You We’re looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
