We are seeking a skilled and dependable Auto Body Shop Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing vehicle body damage, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, and maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
Responsibilities
Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, frame repair, and structural alignment
Sand, fill, grind, and prep surfaces for painting
Repair or replace damaged body parts using hand and power tools
Work with estimators and painters to ensure repairs meet shop and insurance standards
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
Meet production schedules and deadlines
