We travel to coffee origins to source exceptional coffees for our guests and roast our coffee in East London. The Role As Head Barista, you’ll take ownership of coffee quality and workflow behind the bar while supporting, developing and training the wider barista team. We're looking for an experienced Barista to lead the floor at our Redchurch Street site - a specialty coffee and matcha destination built around craft, quality, and a fast-paced grab-and-go energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a portafilter and a matcha whisk equally well, and who can run a shift with confidence when the owner isn't on site.
