Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality brunch dishes with great presentation.
Maintain consistency, quality, and kitchen cleanliness.
Help create new seasonal and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
Work efficiently during busy service times.
Requirements:
2+ years’ kitchen experience (brunch or café preferred).
Strong passion for flavour, presentation, and fresh ingredients.
Team player with good communication and time management.
Food hygiene certificate preferred.
