Key Responsibilities
Gather, organise, and analyse business data, market information, and customer requirements to identify operational issues, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer demands, and emerging opportunities, providing insights to support business planning and growth strategies.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and management, to review business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Support business projects through requirement gathering, process analysis, solution evaluation, and implementation tracking to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor business activities and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
