IFA Administrator Office-based | Free On-Site Parking £30,000 – £35,000 DOE Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm An established and growing Independent Financial Adviser is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their close-knit support team during an exciting period of growth. This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of core IFA administration, supporting both advisers and clients as the business scales. The Opportunity • Well-established IFA business with strong organic growth, • AUM has grown by more than double in last 5 years, with further organic growth planned, • Upcoming partnership with a major IFA business planned, bringing long-term stability, training and progression, • Supportive environment with clear development routes, including adviser progression for those interested The Role You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the advice process, carrying out much of the operational and administrative duties as the firm grows. Key responsibilities include: • Processing transfers, contributions and withdrawals, • Preparing basic annual review reports, • Producing fund switch reports, • General IFA administration and phone cover, • Liaising with providers and platforms, • Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing, • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met More basic admin tasks (post, data input, questionnaires) are moving to a centralised team, allowing this role to focus on core IFA administration. Systems & Platforms Experience with the following is highly desirable: • Transact, • Aviva, • Fidelity, • Aberdeen Wrap Training will be provided on the partnering company's integrated back-office systems ahead of the September go-live. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years’ experience in an IFA Administrator or Client Support role, • Confident handling transactional IFA work with minimal supervision, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment, • Proactive, reliable and team-focused Qualifications: • Level 4 / part-qualified is a bonus, but not essentialWorking Pattern, • Fully office-based, • Occasional ad-hoc WFH may be possible for appointments/childcare, • Potential for more flexibility in the future as the business and partnership developSalary & Benefits, • £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience, • Discretionary Christmas bonus, • Two-week paid Christmas shutdown (no holiday required), • Free on-site parking, • Funded training and exams via partnering company's Academy post-SeptemberStart Date, • Ideally July–August, to align with training and team changesApply Now If you’re an experienced IFA Administrator looking for stability, progression and the chance to be part of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
