Responsibilities As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service., • Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures., • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue., • Conducting daily service briefings and providing ongoing training on menu items, wines, and cocktails., • Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly., • Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to achieve operational goals.
