Person Specification: Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a supported living or similar regulated care environment, with a focus on empowering teams (minimum 1 year). You will lead, oversee and assist the directors in implementing the company’s vision, including the systems, staffing, policies and procedures that enable structure and high standards to be delivered. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise confidently with service users, families, staff, and professionals.
