Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers.
- Administer medication as per care plans.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship.
- Perform light household duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred, but full training will be provided for enthusiastic individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle may be required for certain roles.
- Right to work in the UK.
