We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our compassionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing outstanding care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support to residents in a person-centred manner
• Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
• Lead and support junior staff to ensure best practices are followed
• Help develop care plans and support the management team in implementing them
• Maintain accurate records and promote a safe and positive environment
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a support worker or senior care role
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must hold a full UK driving license
• Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives
