** Key Responsibilities**
• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents during mealtimes and help with feeding if required
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour to senior staff
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
** Requirements**
• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged upon offer)
