DUTIES OF A COMMUNITY CARER INCLUDE:
- Assisting your client with personal care tasks.
- Prompting and giving medication.
- Assisting with meal preparations.
- Doing domestic duties.
- Support calls i.e. taking your clients shopping, escorting to hospital appointments etc.
- Companionship calls.
- Promoting their independence.
WHAT WE REQUIRE: - We are looking for people who will be dedicated, motivated, caring and willing to help our clients to remain living in their own home.
- We do ask you are able to work every other weekend.
- Experience is not essential as full in house training is provided.
- That you hold a driving licence and have your own vehicle (walkers are welcome)
- A full enhanced DBS (CRB) is required for this role.
