Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Construction Specialist. This role requires a strong background in various construction techniques and the ability to work effectively with a range of tools and materials. Responsibilities

  • Carry out fabrication and assembly tasks to create structural components.
  • Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction projects.
  • Perform carpentry and joinery work, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Assist with roofing projects, including installation and repairs.
  • Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
  • Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
  • Support plumbing installations and repairs, adhering to safety standards.
  • Conduct masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
  • Apply electrical experience when necessary for installations or repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
    Skills
  • Proficient in fabrication techniques and assembly processes.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, carpentry, and joinery practices.
  • Experience in roofing, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction painting methods and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
