About Acuity Acuity is a robotics data infrastructure startup providing multi-modal egocentric video data collection services for training AI and robotics models. We are scaling our operations to meet growing demand from leading robotics companies. The Role We're looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to own the day-to-day running of Acuity. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the operational backbone of the company, managing everything from recruiting app users to delivering client projects on time. You'll work directly with the CEO and be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly while we focus on growth and fundraising. What You'll Do Operations Management • Own day-to-day operations across our worldwide deployments, • Manage operational workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between data collection teams and clients, • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery, • Drive sales efforts to recruit app users for data collection projects including cold outreach, • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, • Build relationships with potential data collectors in our target markets, • Oversee client projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring quality and timeline commitments are met, • Coordinate between data collection teams and clients, managing expectations on both sides, • Track project progress and proactively communicate status updates, • Handle administrative tasks, • Coordinate with our technical team on operational needs or potential new features, • Support fundraising efforts with operational metrics and reporting Required • 2-4 years of operations, project management, or business development experience, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls, • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across different cultures and time zones, • Self-starter who can work independently and figure things out without constant guidance, • Experience in marketplace, gig economy, or crowdsourcing platforms, • Familiarity with AI/ML or robotics industries, • International work experience or fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Dutch, or Polish), • Experience with remote team coordination, • Competitive salary plus opportunity for equity in a venture backed startup, • Direct impact on company growth and strategy, • Work directly with the founding team, • Remote-friendly with flexible working arrangements, • Opportunity to build and scale operations across multiple countries Hybrid with opportunity for occasional travel to our operational hubs.
