🍽️ We're Hiring: Experienced Chef – Spanish Cuisine

The Cellar Leigh on Sea, an exciting and authentic Spanish restaurant located in Leigh on sea Southend, is looking for a skilled and creative Chef to lead our kitchen and craft unforgettable dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Spain.
🔪 What You’ll Do:
Plan and prepare traditional Spanish dishes (e.g., paella, tapas, etc.)
Develop seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Manage kitchen staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation in every dish
Innovate while respecting tradition
👨🍳 Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine
Knowledge of classic Spanish recipes, regional flavors, and ingredients
Ability to lead a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food
Culinary degree or equivalent training is a plus
