We’re looking for an experienced Head Pizza Chef to run the kitchen of our busy pizzeria in Walthamstow Village and establish the kitchen operations for our new venue in Hackney. The ideal candidate will possess a great attitude, proven experience managing a team, and a track record of producing high-quality pizza and other dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves expertly juggling dine-in, take-away, and delivery orders. You must demonstrate the ability to work cleanly and efficiently, as well as the skill to train and develop a team to ensure consistent quality and standards, whether you are present in the kitchen or not.
