An Ivy Senior Chef De Partie will possess a background in high volume and attention to detail. We invest time and development into this role ensuring our chef’s grow along with the business. The Ivy Collection can open many doors in your hospitality and catering career, alongside your first step’s into management as a Junior Sous. As a Senior Chef De Partie you will run a designated section across the kitchen ensuring each dish is executed with precision and presented to The Ivy standard. Pizza Pilgrims started life in 2011, when 2 brothers took a “Pizza Pilgrimage” of discovery. Once home, they installed a Neapolitan pizza oven and sold their first pizza on Berwick St Market. Since then, they have opened pizzerias in London, Oxford, Cambridge and Nottingham. As part of the pizzeria team, your role as Senior Pizza Chef would be to support in the running of the kitchen, working closely with your team to ensure that we are always serving the best pizza to our guests and support the management in keeping the environment in compliance with all things Health and Safety. As Line Chef you will be the expert when it comes to our food, always ensuring our guests always receive the best pizza.
