We are looking for a versatile Sous Chef who will float across the kitchen, supporting both the main section and the salad and starter section, as well as prep and service wherever needed. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with the preparation of our specialised Lebanese wraps and platters., • Cooking and ensuring the quality and consistency of all food items., • Precise cutting and preparation of vegetables and chicken., • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment., • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations., • Having a level 2 or 3 certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene.
