Responsibilities: • Assist bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages, ensuring timely delivery to guests., • Support the Barista function when required, preparing and serving coffee and other hot beverages to the required standards., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the bar and coffee preparation and service areas, ensuring all equipment, glassware, crockery and supplies are clean, organised and readily available., • Replenish bar and coffee station supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels throughout service., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, replenishing supplies as needed., • Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with warmth and professionalism., • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection and presented with care., • Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, embodying the spirit of teamwork in everything you do.
