We are looking for reliable and diligent Food Preparation Assistants to work in our Central Production Kitchen in Bermondsey. This role is based around producing our chicken products. This may include working on breading stations, operating fryers, blast chillers, counting and packing, washing dishes and handling and preparing raw chicken. The kitchen operates from 7am until early evening (4-8pm). Finishing times are flexible based on workload and we are only looking for candidates that understand this and are looking to work long hours. Upon employment you will go through full induction including relevant health and safety courses, COSHH training and Level 2 Food Safety (unless you are in possession of a current certificate). You will also be given extensive on the job training.
