The role As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading every service. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support the day-to-day kitchen operation. You will lead the team during service and ensure every dish leaves the pass to the highest standard. You'll be confident working across all kitchen sections, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and setting the example through your organisation, communication and attention to detail.
