Your role will involve collaborating with our talented kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained. Responsibilities: • Utilise your culinary expertise to assist in the preparation and execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services., • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating confidence and composure during peak periods., • Lead by example, supervising and motivating a small team to achieve culinary excellence., • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each dish meets our exacting standards of presentation and taste., • Take ownership of stock management and ordering for your section, optimising inventory levels and minimising waste., • Showcase your organisational and communication skills, effectively liaising with colleagues to coordinate kitchen activities seamlessly., • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to uphold the hotel's culinary reputation and exceed guest expectations. What you Need: • Previous experience in a similar culinary role, ideally within a high-pressure environment., • A genuine passion for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences., • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence., • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively., • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders., • A team player mentality, with a willingness to support your colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
