A call out to people with experience as a breakfast / brunch, chef / cook.
As we are now, thankfully, getting more established, we are looking to take on an additional person to join our very small but wonderful team.
Experience is a must, a real interest in food and food trends, a strong work ethic, hygiene and organisation in the kitchen is at the top of the list.
BBQ experience a plus.
Know their way around sauces, marinades and perfect eggs, please.
Open kitchen, so customer facing. Have great ideas for developing the menu.
We are primarily a breakfast brunch and lunch café But will develop into occasional evening cook outs etc. Our ethos is start with great fresh ingredients and bring out the best in them.
We also host classic car events, so cater for those as and when they arise.
Position will be full time. Initially Tuesday - Sunday 7:30am - 2:30pm.
