We are 21 Grams! An independent chain of espresso rooms located in Northcote Battersea, Clapham South, Wimbledon and Fulham. We are looking for a trained barista to primarily work part time hours at our famous original branch based in Northcote Road, where you'll be working with 3 other staff who are also Portuguese speakers. Shifts will be part time, estimated between 21-25 hours per week, parcelled into 3/4 days that consist of weekday and weekend shifts. Hourly rate will be £13.50 p/h Must have at least 2 years barista working experience in busy and fast paced environments, while able to consistently create top quality coffees. Must have a full understanding of coffee dialling i.e. coarse/fine calibration for optimal coffee extraction. Must have a full understanding of the different milk textures and basic latte art experience at the least. Also someone who is familiar with till operation and engaging with clients.
