We are looking for a floating Sous chef who can help us between 5 of our Vinoteca sites and 2 Andrea Bars. You will be required to work in different location depends of the business needs. The locations are all central which makes travel very easy. We do have one restaurant in Chiswick which can be tricky in terms of Travel. This role requires experience great food knowledge and experience working on all section of the kitchen.
