By day, it is our Salad Kitchen concept. By evening, it will evolve into a new and exciting pop up food concept that we are building from scratch. This is a rare chance to shape something from the ground up. We are looking for a confident, hands on General Manager to lead the site. This would be a great opportunity for a current Deputy Manager ready to step up into a General Manager role. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join out kitchen team at Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea.
