Staff Restaurant Chef Benugo London Zoo, Regent's park are looking for an experienced chef to join the team and look after our staff dining restaurant. We believe our people play an instrumental part in our business. This position will be primarily from Sunday to Thursday prepping for the staff restaurant, also helping to prep for the main kitchen and occasionally jumping into service. High volume lunch service only, working within a large kitchen team producing a selection of burgers, salads and various other mains and sides. 5 days out of 7, no late finishes! We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join out kitchen team at Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea. Responsibilities for this position include: • Helping prepare and plate menu items while ensuring that all food products are produced and plated according to Brand Standards, • Responsible for upholding all standards and daily operations of his kitchen in conjunction with his Sous Chef and Head Chef, • Assist with goal development and follow up, budget reviews., • Review the daily activities, • Oversee and direct training of new hires in specified phases of the kitchen operation, • Provide feedback to staff on their performance You will need to have experiences in the position Salary up to £16.50 per hour plus bonus and incentives. If you have experiences with Italian cuisine and meat is a plus.
