Responsibilities and Duties
● Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes per section
● Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and maintaining menu items, recipes and developing dishes
● Responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining all produce for its section
● Assisting with the management of health and safety
● Managing and training any Junior Chefs
● Monitoring portion and waste control
