Our Chef De Partie will be wholly responsible for the running of the kitchen. You will be someone with excellent culinary skills who is knowledgeable on food and its’ provenance. A strong leader, who can demonstrate the skill set required for a smooth, hygienic kitchen operation, delivering quality plates at all times.

The Chef De Partie will be responsible for:
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully compliant at all times.
- Ensure smooth kitchen setup and service readiness every day.
- Drive strong communication between kitchen and front of house.
- Lead by example on hygiene, food quality, and standards.
- Train and support junior chefs, helping them grow.
- Manage stock, ordering, and costs to minimise waste and maximise profit.
- Work with suppliers to secure quality ingredients at the best value.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and food safety checks.
- Deliver high-quality, appealing dishes aligned with the brand vision.
- Stay on top of food trends and industry developments.
- Act on feedback to continuously improve service and food quality.
- Ensure fast, efficient service with strong team coordination.
- Promote seasonal and standout products to boost sales.
- Create a positive, energetic, team-focused kitchen culture.
