The Chef De Partie will be responsible for: • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully compliant at all times., • Ensure smooth kitchen setup and service readiness every day., • Drive strong communication between kitchen and front of house., • Lead by example on hygiene, food quality, and standards., • Train and support junior chefs, helping them grow., • Manage stock, ordering, and costs to minimise waste and maximise profit., • Work with suppliers to secure quality ingredients at the best value., • Maintain accurate compliance records and food safety checks., • Deliver high-quality, appealing dishes aligned with the brand vision., • Stay on top of food trends and industry developments., • Act on feedback to continuously improve service and food quality., • Ensure fast, efficient service with strong team coordination., • Promote seasonal and standout products to boost sales., • Create a positive, energetic, team-focused kitchen culture.
