Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all menu items
- follow food safety procedures, maintaining compliance with health regulations and hygiene standards
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and culinary excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally hospitality setting
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience in food production, serving, and maintaining high customer service standards
- A passion for culinary arts with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are preferred but not essential
