Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef de Partie role based at London Steak House Company in the City of London. The Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef & Sous Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including overseeing food preparation, cooking, plating, and service to ensure consistent quality and timely execution. Working across all sections. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring kitchen team members, organizing section setup, and coordinating service during busy periods. The role involves maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness, as well as monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste. The Chef de Partie will also contribute to menu development, support training of new team members, and step in for the Head Chef or Sous Chef when required.
Qualifications
