Responsibilities: • Oversee and assist in the preparation and presentation of all food items., • Supervise a small team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during service., • Monitor stock levels and manage ordering for your section., • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen., • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to develop new menu items., • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
