Maintenance person required for 60 bedroom 4 star boutique hotel based in Richmond, Surrey. We are seeking a reliable and hands on general maintenance person to help us maintain our high standards and ensure our property is always in excellent condition. Key responsibilities include: Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks around the hotel including painting, AC filter cleaning, general up keep of inside/outside areas etc and to ensure communal areas, guest rooms and back of house areas are well maintained. Requirements: Previous experience in a general maintenance or handyman role ideally in a hotel or similar environment. Basic knowledge of DIY tasks such as painting, light fixture replacement, general repairs A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently Good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting and moving items A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required and be on call for emergencies.
