Role Overview: As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing an outstanding guest experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and offering recommendations., • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar., • Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant service standards., • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dining area., • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally., • Process bills and payments accurately., • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Nurseries We provide rewarding opportunities for chefs to work in nursery kitchens, helping deliver safe and nutritious meals for young children. You’ll receive specialised nursery catering coaching to ensure you meet all required standards, with clear site briefs and support so you feel prepared and confident every shift. Care Homes When you work with us in nursing and care homes, you’ll benefit from dedicated training, including IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative), so you’re ready to cater for residents’ dietary needs safely and professionally. Our team will arrange site visits beforehand and provide all the information you need to ensure your shift runs smoothly and residents receive the highest standard of care.
