Our client is searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to elevate their marketing function and drive strategic growth. In this role, you’ll strengthen brand visibility, support high-value service lines, and guide multi-channel marketing initiatives. You’ll work directly with consumers across a multi-site operation, delivering cohesive, high-impact marketing that connects every location with its audience. Responsibilities Strategy & Alignment: Work with internal and external stakeholders to shape marketing plans that support wider business objectives. Campaign Delivery: Create and run multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, search, and traditional media to drive acquisition and retention. Analytics: Track performance, report key metrics to leadership, and use insights to guide continuous improvement. Team Leadership: Manage and develop junior marketing staff as the function expands. Brand & Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring strong brand positioning across all service lines. Compliance: Uphold data protection, policy requirements, and best practices. Operational Duties: Support health & safety standards, equality and diversity commitments, and ongoing professional development. Working Conditions: Occasional travel to company sites and meetings to support campaigns or content creation. What we're looking for • Ability to lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns across paid search/PPC, paid social, organic social, SEO, email/CRM, PR, and traditional media., • Previous experience in a management role, as you will have a Marketing Assistant reporting into you., • Experience with both acquisition and retention through targeted content, segmented communications, and optimised customer journeys., • Experience delivering marketing strategies across multi-site operations., • Ability to confidently manage PPC and paid search activity, including keyword planning, bidding strategy, and optimisation to maximise ROI., • Oversee SEO performance, ensuring content, structure, and technical elements support visibility and organic growth., • Use analytics tools to monitor effectiveness, report on KPIs, and make data-led recommendations., • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold company quality standards and compliance requirements., • Identify risks and quality issues, escalating them to the team when needed., • Take accountability for your work, manage your own workload, and support continuous improvement across the marketing function.
