The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for running your section during service, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys cooking from scratch and working as part of a close-knit team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our kitchen team full-time, specializing in Korean and Chinese cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to uphold our high standards, ensuring each dish is flavorful and consistent. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook Korean and Chinese dishes according to company standards., • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials., • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the kitchen., • Manage stock levels and minimize food waste., • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required., • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
